What's a blem? A blem is any item that didn't make the cut for QC for some minor aesthetic issue, also known as a factory second. They function as intended but might just have a scuff, a ding, or a stitch out of place.

It's a way to offer an item at a discounted rate, less than retail for those who don't mind purchasing something that's not 'perfect' but still does the job.

There are no returns on blems, however they are covered under warranty for functionality.
