Returns
We are committed to creating an excellent experience for you! We stand by our products and we strive to bring you the best gear. If for some reason you're not happy with your gear, you may return it. We offer returns on items for up to 7 days from the date of the item(s) being received. Please email us at support@notoriousedc.com to obtain return authorization.
Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and documentation. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Please do not ship an item without first contacting us. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If all the conditions are met, you will receive a refund less the shipping to you.
Heads up - there are no returns on sale items.
CANCELLATIONS
Customer is responsible for the fees if they choose to cancel an order after placing it prior to shipping. This is the 3.5% fee that we have to pay regardless of whether you cancel or not. So please be aware before you order, you will pay the fees upon cancellation. If the order has already shipped, please follow the Return protocol.
